Chapter 1
Li Xin slammed his fist against the training dummy, sweat dripping down his forehead as he gritted his teeth. He had been at it for hours, pushing his body to its limits as he tried to increase his cultivation level.
"Come on, Xin, take a break," his friend Zhang said, placing a hand on his shoulder. "You've been at it all day. You need to rest."
Li Xin shook his head, his determination unwavering. "I can't rest, Zhang. Not when I have enemies like the Wei clan standing in my way."
Zhang sighed, knowing that there was no point in trying to argue with Li Xin when he was like this. The Wei clan was a powerful cultivation family that had always looked down on Li Xin and his humble background. They had made it their mission to hinder his progress at every turn, and Li Xin was determined to prove them wrong.
"Fine," Zhang said, taking a step back. "But at least let me spar with you. It'll be good practice for both of us."
Li Xin nodded, a fire in his eyes as he assumed a fighting stance. He and Zhang had been friends for years, and they had always trained together to improve their skills. But today, Li Xin was especially motivated, fueled by his desire to defeat the Wei clan and emerge as the strongest cultivator in the multiverse.
The two friends sparred for another hour, the sound of their fists and feet hitting the ground echoing throughout the training grounds. Li Xin was a talented swordsman, his skill with a blade honed through years of hard work and training. Zhang, on the other hand, possessed a special body that granted him heightened senses and physical abilities. Despite the difference in their abilities, the two friends were evenly matched in cultivation level, both at the peak of the Foundation Building stage.
The cultivation multiverse was vast, consisting of countless worlds, universes, and planes of existence. Li Xin and Zhang lived on the continent of Lanzhou, located in the lower planes of the multiverse. It was a harsh and unforgiving place, where only the strongest cultivators could survive.
When they were finished, Li Xin was even more determined than before to reach the top. He was tired of being looked down upon by the Wei clan and other powerful cultivators, and he was determined to prove his worth.
"I'll show those Wei clan bastards," he said through gritted teeth. "I'll become the strongest cultivator in the multiverse, and there's nothing they can do to stop me."
Zhang nodded, a look of determination on his face as well. "We'll do it together, Xin. We'll become the greatest cultivators the world has ever seen."
And with that, the two friends vowed to do whatever it took to achieve their goals, no matter what obstacles or enemies stood in their way. They knew that the road ahead would be difficult, but they were willing to put in the hard work and sacrifice everything to reach the top.
They also knew that there were many other cultivators on their own path to greatness, each with their own unique abilities and cultivation levels. There were those at the pinnacle of the Nascent Soul stage, who were just a step away from reaching the legendary Immortal stage. There were also those at the lowest levels of cultivation, struggling to even form a stable foundation.
But Li Xin and Zhang were not discouraged by this. They were determined to climb the ranks, no matter how steep the climb may be. They would stop at nothing to become the strongest cultivators in the multiverse, and they would not let anyone stand in their
