"What does your wretched heart want, Cedar?" I asked
"I wouldn't say wretched, but there is some information I want to know. Who are you, people?" Cedar said
"I don't quite understand what your saying," I said
Cedar looked at us with a sharp expression.
"I'm not that dumb. You should know I have a list of people coming into the city, and I didn't see any Lydia or Marigold on it. Who are you people cause your clearly not dead ghosts," Cedar questioned
Every ghost in the hallway raised their swords and glared at us. They were all gonna attack when all of a sudden Staria started coughing really badly and then fell unconscious. Cyrus rushed to her side to make sure she was ok.
"Please, you gotta let us leave, please! Akari, tell them to help us we can't stay here forever!" Cyrus yelled
Cedar low ward her sword and the other ghost followed.
"Akari, are you Caspian's son? Wait that can't be possible, your a girl. But I never remember Caspian having a daughter." Cedar said
"What do you Caspian's son, my father only ever had a daughter," Akari asked
"Sigh" Well I'll make an acceptance this time, you gotta find the truth on your own, kiddo. Let 'em go," Cedar said
"Kiddo, really I'm 16. Could you at least call me something a little less childish," Akari said unamused
Cedar just smiled and opened the gate. I was still really uneasy about the whole brother thing, but at least that gave me more info about my mysterious family. Well I'm just glad that we could leave this city with some clues, but then again I'm disappointed that we couldn't find my father's soul.
