"T-The Affinity For Darkness."
Jason quickly removed his hand from the black water and it slowly turned to his colourless state. He despondently turned and looked at everyone. The nuns readied themself to cast magic preparing themselves to kill him, the cringed in fear and stared at Jason as if he was an horrendous threat.
"The affinity for darkness! Impossible, this is impossible," Ferora shuddered.
"What's this?" Rosario inquiried.
"This is the day they were summoned and the day master realised he had an affinity for darkness," Blossom explained.
Jason panicked as everyone gave him a fretful stare as if they were seeing the Demon King himself. He took a step forward and everyone reflectively took a step back.
"What's going on? I don't understand, why are all of you looking at me like that?" He asked. Then he turned his gaze to his girlfriend Amelia standing there. "Amelia, talk to me."
"Hehehehe," Amelia laughed ominously. "Jason, you've fallen low, very low which means you're no longer useful to me anymore."
"What are you saying?"
"Hahaha, you mean you haven't noticed yet. For someone who's pretty smart you're pretty stupid, have you wondered if a girl like me would fall for a guy like you? it's because I've been using you the entire time," Amelia explained.
Jason turned pale in despair as he listened to her story. He recalled the first day they met, he was being bullied by Hans and the other boys and Amelia came to his rescue. Ever since that day he has been in love with her and he loved every moment he spent with her. Jason was oblivious to her true nature but everyone knew she was playing him for a fool.
"The reason why I went out with you was because you were smart and I need that to get ahead but now we are here, all that matters is power and you're going to me my stepping to the rise of that power," Amelia stated. She posed like a villainous princess and grinned mockingly as she looked down on him.
"That bitch!" Fenrir fumed.
"Stop lying, this is like you Amelia."
Jason approached her and suddenly his legs were chopped off by a spatial warping spell. Moments later he fell on his back and screamed in agony as the pain surged through his body. The pain he was feeling was unbearable even for a 14 year old like him. The spell caster was none other than Ferora.
"How dare you step closer to her filth," She barked.
Fenrir and Lucifer's other three wives got extremely enraged and overflowing in bloodlust. They were so angry they wanted to destroy Amelia and the others but the count did nothing.
Jason opened his eyes and looked at Amelia reaching out his hand to her. Suddenly his eyes was cut out by a sword and before he was blinded he saw Amelia sinister smile
"You don't even deserve to look at her," Ferora said.
"Finally I've been waiting so long for this."
Hans chortled ominously as he walked over to Jason and stepped in his face. "Do you know how long I had to put up with you, now it's all over?"
"Stop thaaaat!" Fenrir shouted as he attacked Hans out of anger and defensively but she went right through his body. "Huh?"
Hans repeatedly stepped in Jason's face until Amelia came over and hugged Hans.
"It's over, he's useless now I only have eyes for you," She said to him.
Ferora open a gate in space below Jason's body and dropped him in a dungeon somewhere. Fenrir and the others watched as Jason shout at the top of his lungs then he cried and cried and cried. It was so painful for them tears flow from each and everyone of their eyes. They watched as he crawled on the ground with his hand desperately trying to live.
"How could anyone live through such horror," Rosario shuddered.
'I thought I had it bad after losing my parents. I thought that I was the only person in the world who suffered the most but it seems I was wrong. My problem is nothing compared to this. I'm so foolish,' She thought to herself.
Jason crawled on the ground, he was blind, hungry and in overwhelming pain. The ground beneath his body gave away and he fell into the darkness. Fenrir and the others found themselves in the same darkness as well.
"What's going on?" Eve inquired.
"Don't worry this is only a temporary pause After master fell unconscious," Blossom said.
Suddenly everything came back light and they found themselves standing before a 300 ft tall dragon.
"A dragon!"
Rosario prepared to draw her sword but nothing was there.
"What kind of dragon is that, I've never seen anything like it?"
Lelania queried in bafflement.
"Thats the Black Dragon of Darkness Indura," Blossom said.
"Indura!" Eve prostrated herself immediately.
"Relax eve, it's only a memory not the real Indura," Pressila explained.
"Right I almost forgot, This is quite embarrassing" Eve muttered returned to her feet and looked up at the dragon.
'Lord Indura, he's even more glorious than I imagined,' She thought to herself as she smiled.
Rosario looked up at the dragon profoundly.
'Indura the Black Dragon of darkness also known as the Black Dragon of Calamity. It destroyed thousands of kingdoms and united the whole world against it. After it was defeated by the Hero King Arthur it was sealed away and up till this point nobody knows where it was sealed until now,' She thought to herself
"Why are you crying, human?" Indura wondered.
"W-who goes there?!"
Jason was looking around but it sounded like the voice was coming from behind and above him.
"Hahahahah Hahahahaha, I've been expecting your arrival boy, Tell me your name?"
"Why should I tell you? So you can mock me? If you're going to kill me, go ahead and do it, I've already lost."
"Hahahahaha J don't sense the fear of death but in your heart do you want to die boy?"
"I don't want to die, I want to live and go home, Who are you anyways?" Jason asked while looking in the opposite direction.
"Can't you see me, I'm behind you boy," Indura stated.
"Well isn't it obvious that I can't see," Jason asked and the voice was silent for a while.
"I see, so you're blind so I'll bestow sight unto you."
"I don't want anything from you, I don't trust you."
"Hahahahaha, you don't trust me, that's a good thing boy."
After giving Jason sight Fenrir and the others listened to the conversation up till the point Indura decided to make Jason his son.
"Of course, Father," Jason agreed.
"Thank you, I shall also leave you with a new name on your journey, Hm? The young human with the heart of an angel who ended up falling from grace.. I shall grant you the name Lucifer named after the fallen angel....Take care my son."
Indura's Flash liquefied and merged with its blood. The black swam up to Jason and flowed under him. Suddenly the floor gave out beneath him and he fell into a pitch black water. After his evolution Jason stepped out of the water just as he is now and as they know him.
