School was over and the children went home, some with their parents, some with the bus while others walked home. Jason was one of them that chose to walk him by himself with Fenrir and the others following behind. The sky was clear and the sun was high in the sky.
"If this is only Lucifer's memory, why is it so hot?" Fenrir murmured while fanning herself.
"I'm not hot in the slightest, maybe you're just imagining things,"Eve stated.
"I think what I'm feeling, okay?!"
Jason stopped at the pedestrian crossing and they stopped with him and waited for the road to be void of any incoming vehicle.
"This world is so much more advanced compared to ours," Mero muttered.
"Yes I heard a lot of things from lucifer, people can communicate from across the world through this small device called a smartphone and they can see people across the world through a magic box called a Television," Fenrir explained.
"That sounds amazing."
They continued to follow him until he walked into a neighbourhood and walked through the gates of one of the houses.
"This is where our dearly beloved lives,"
"Let's go inside."
"You guys, what about me?" Pressila inquired with impatience.
"This is a world, we are capable of doing everything except interacting with it," Blossom stated.
"Does that mean I can change my size," Pressila asked joyfully.
"Yes, go ahead and try it,"
Pressila did as blossom instructed and was able to change her size down to a regular human.
"I did it," She rejoiced as she jumped with happiness.
Jason opened the door and walked in. Like ghost Fernir and the others stepped through the door. A girl with long black hair tied in twintails and blue eyes. Garbed in jeans shorts,a sports bra, sneakers and a jacket stepped out of the kitchen.
"Oh you're finally home dweeb."
"Don't call me that, Stephania," Jason whispered.
"I call you whatever I like."
"This must be our dearly beloved older sister," Mero muttered.
A woman came out of the kitchen as well with a smile on her face. She was around 30 years old with black hair and blue eyes.
"Oh my sweet baby boy, how was your day at school," The woman asked as she hugged her son and rubbed her cheek against his.
"Mom, will you stop that?"
"But you look so adorable, why don't you get changed and come down for dinner? I've made your favourite, lasagna Fufufufu," She chuckled mirthfully.
"This is the Master's mother?!"
"She looks so beautiful."
"I guess we can call her mother-in-law "
Eve, Lelania and Mero were happy to see her even if it's just a memory. After Jason went up stairs and closed the room.
"Mom, I still think it's odd for Jason to have white hair while the rest of us have black," Stephania muttered.
"It doesn't matter, he's still my son and you're brother."
"It does seem odd," Rosario said.
They watched as Jason ate dinner with his mother and sister, then after dinner he took a shower then went to bed. There under the lamp on his desk he kept reading his book enjoying its story.
The door opened and Mrs Yeager walked in. "Honey, it's time to go to bed," she spoke.
"But I'm not ready yet."
"Okay, I'll stay with you until you fall asleep."
So Jason's mother stayed by his side until he fell asleep. She tucked him in bed and gave him a goodnight kiss before she left. Suddenly time fast for Fenrir and the others and they found themselves at a funeral. Everyone was dressed in black and Jason was standing in front crying his eyes out. Mero looked in the coffin and found out that the person who have died was the little girl who helped Lucifer.
"Master and that little girl became close friends until one day while coming from school she was hit by a car right before Master's eyes," Blossom explained.
"Oh no!"
Tears flowed from Mero's eyes as she looked at the girl within the coffin. A few days later Jason got dressed for school, He went downstairs to eat breakfast and the entire time he remained silent.
"Sweetie, are you alright?" His mother asked worryingly.
"Get over it, i'm sure you'll find a new girlfriend—Ow!"
Stephania cried out in pain as their mother hit her on the head using the spatula.
Jason pushed away his breakfast and got up. "I'm going to school,"
"But you haven't finished your breakfast."
"...I'm not hungry."
So Jason left and walked to school with a sad expression on his face.
"Damn it must be tough witnessing such a thing at a very young age," Fenrir said in disbelief.
"Poor Husband."
Lelania on the other hand, couldn't help but feel sorry for him. She crept down and cried touching him but her hand went through his body. He stopped, turned and looked around. The nurse who helped him from before stepped out of a red huracan and walked up to him.
"Jason, how are you?" She asked concernedly.
"I'm alright…," He replied in a soft voice.
"Why don't I give you a ride to school?"
"It's okay, I can walk."
The nurse grew concerned as she could see the sad expression on his face. "I'm sorry to hear about what happened, it must have been tragic for you," She consoled him, then got down on her knees and gave him a warm hug.
"It must have been very bad for you to witness such a thing. Don't worry because I'm here for you so go ahead cry as much as you want."
Jason listened to the words of the nurse and started to cry loudly on her shoulder. As he cried Lelania couldn't help but feel saddened by the fact she couldn't be there for him, this was their first time seeing him crying after all. Suddenly the nurse turned her eyes and looked directly at Lelania, she couldn't help but panic a little.
"Are you alright?" Mero inquiried.
"I'm fine, for a second there I thought this nurse was looking at me."
"That's impossible, this is Lucifer's memory," Pressila stated.
"Yea I guess you're right."
'But for a second, I swore I could feel a hint of malice from her,' Lelania thought to herself.
After Jason finished crying the nurse used a handkerchief to dry his tears.
"It's okay to cry, always remember that. Now let me take you to school then after school I'll take you to the arcade."
"Okay."
"Come."
Phelestina held Jason's hand and guided him towards the car, she opened the door for him and put him in the passenger seat then closed the door. After she got in the car she drove off at high speed leaving Fenrir and the others behind.
"We can't lose them," Fenrir said, running after the car leaving a trail of lightning following behind her.
"Wait up!"
The others then runs after Fenrir who was chasing after the car.
'Lucifer no matter where you go or I won't leave you behind,'
She thought to herself.
