After that, the aura entered the Beast Core and started coming out again into me. Unlike the case with beasts that have cores in their heads, humans put their energy in the lower part of their stomachs. The aura from the Beast Core was directed toward the lower part of my stomach.
After that uncle took off his hand on my left hand and said "Remember what you feel like a child and keep doing that until you feel your dantian is full," yes, the name of the lower part of the stomach is dantian.
I did as uncle said and I feel like now I have started to control my aura.
