He is holding her inside his arms, looking around for an escape. She is unconscious and he won’t let go. /"Ren, is it safe to leave from the stairs?/" Aryan asks him, but he stands there, frozen.
/"Ren!/" he shouts at him, bringing him back to reality. He immediately goes back to check, being careful at every step.
/"It’s clear/" he says, and Aryan follows him inside. From the moment her light spread across the land, Asher was knocked back and now is nowhere to be found. They climb the stairs down, being careful not to meet unwanted guests. They look left and right; Asher’s men being burned to death.
/"Did she do that?/" Ren wonders, as he never saw her using the light so intensely. /"It seems so, I’ve seen it before, just not on that scale and done on people/" Aryan responds, as he has also seen her doing that.
