#Chapter30
/"Elijah?/" I sat up quickly hearing the soft creak of the wooden floor. He seems to have been watching me by the far corner of the room. With the wet sign on the pillow, it seems I cried myself to sleep.
/"Go to bed Sonia./" He replies. The only thing prominent I could see is his distinctive grey eyes glowing in the dark. Slowly, I lay back down on the bed facing him wondering how long he has been watching me sleep.
/"Please talk to me. I am sorry./" I muse softly not knowing what else to say or can do to pacify his broken heart. Lying to him crushed him more than anything I have ever done against his orders. He looks at me a second longer before standing up, again I sat up in panic. /"Where are you going? Please stay, I need you./" I never knew the day would come when I will be the one facing his anger, despite it all. The words almost came out as a plea fighting the tears threatening to spill.
