#Chapter6
/"I want five bottles of Moet on ice, two cranberry for the ladies over there and,/" stopping my pen waiting for the cute guy to finish his order, thankfully his eyes left my chest searching the crowd of partygoers. Everyday feels like summer in this state. I can't help but love it. /"Hey!/" He calls to some group of guys in the pool. /"You guys need anything else./" They replied a no in unison facing the model looking girls in bikinis. Rich kids and the boujee life. I thought to myself writing down their orders. /"Yeah and lastly your number./" A roguish grin plastered on his face.
I chuckle. /"Real smooth but no thanks./" with a smile of my own leaving his pouty face to get his drinks.
/"These are my orders./" Passing the notepad to Julio I groan for the umpteenth time today seeming drained of my energy. I flex my feet snapping my neck to relieve the stress weighing me down. /"Thanks Julio./" I smile going back to the rich kid and his friends. Not really in the mood to fraternize due to my legs killing me, I left quickly back to the bar.
/"What happened last night?/" Was expecting this question like five hours, forty-seven minutes and thirteen seconds ago. Here we go.
/"I was tired and sleepy. You looked like you were having fun so I left./" I lie smoothly.
/"No call, voice mail, nothing. I was worried about you last night. You just left all of a sudden. One moment you were next to me the other you literally disappeared on me./" He is angry and have every right to be, I get it.
/"I'm sorry okay./" the guilt is eating me up slowly. I slept with a man who is a stranger. I had sex with a stranger. Most girls have sex with their partners or someone they feel deserving for it. Me, I willingly gave out my virginity to a stranger, a very handsome stranger in his office. Not the guy I claim to...what came over me? And now I'm lying on top another lie.
/"If Ella didn’t get a text from you I would have lost my shit yesterday. Don’t just get me worried like that, you know I care about you. A lot./" Somebody shoot me. He frowns and all I could do is compare his frown with that of Elijah. It was never really a frown, he was dauntless like a daredevil. The way his eyes rake my body, when he watches me, as he thrusts into me repeatedly...
Stop it Sonia.
/"I won't try it again dad./" I drawl out playfully hoping to sound sorry and move on. Dragging a nearby stool close to sit I winch at the pain I felt below whimpering at my own demise. He killed my vajayjay.
/"You sure you are okay? You look exhausted./"
/"I'm fine. I promise./" Giving a feigned smile darting my eyes away from his sceptical look.
/"Hey guys./" No. Ella. /"Hi Nia./" She gave an obvious smile. Why is she looking at me like that?
/"Excuse me?/" Someone calls for Julio who acknowledge with a nod.
/"Gotta go ladies. Duty calls./" His charming smile came out lasting more for me. I feel so bad right now. Why did I let Elijah do all those things I read or hear about? Why did those moments with him felt like heaven? Why did I seem to enjoy it? The brutal force as he drag orgasm after orgasm from me. Why did I want to see him again after that? Will I ever see him? No, I need to stay away from that club better off those doors leading to sin.
Battling with myself I catch a notice of the way Ella looks at me with a creepy ass smile. /"Okay./" I drawl out facing ahead still yet, I felt her eyes on me. /"What?/" I snapped irritated.
/"I saw you, you know./" Confusion morphs my once irritated face.
/"Saw me where?/"
/"Last night. At the club. Going to the exclusive door with that man./" Toasted again. Not less than twenty-four hours. What is wrong with me?
/"Ohh yeah./" I play it cool.
/"You have to be careful next time. What if Julio saw you or anyone at that?/" Now I'm really feeling guilty.
/"Curiosity kills the cat. I wanted to know what's behind those doors also thanks for covering up for me./" I groan jumping down the stool.
/"So is it true what they said about that place?/" Wanting to tell her the truth but feeling highly threatened by Elijah and what he will do to her, hell me, if he finds out. I was quick enough to wake up from the mini slumber after hours of getting it.
/"Nah./" Picking up my notepad and pen. /"It’s a regular strippers club with high members of the state and government there. Nothing serious./"
/"Oh!/"
/"Yeah./" I say in a dismissive tone waving my hand.
/"I heard Vlad was there last night. Did you see him?/" Why can't she drop the topic?
/"Who is Vlad?/"
/"Duh. The owner of the night fantasy./" Oh.
/"Really. Didn’t know./"
/"So did you see him? I heard he's so hot and sexy. His looks alone could make any girl cum in her panties. Like he's that hot./" she says dreamily making me laugh.
/"Easy there. I'm getting a little whiff of your lady bit Ella. Besides I only met the manager./"
/"Manager?/"
/"Yeah manager./"
/"Night fantasy do not have a manager. It is run by the boss himself. Vlad./" again with the Vlad.
/"Okay whatever./"
/"No I'm serious here. Tell me what he looks like./" I dismiss the naughty part of what Elijah looks like trying to really think of what he looks like.
/"A dark shade of brown hair, six feet five, silver grey eyes, it's almost transparent but dark I tell you. Uhm what next? Well, guess I can say he is sexy. But that’s it./" she hits me. /"Ouch!/"
/"That is him. He is Vlad. The owner!/" she looks around cautiously before whispering softly to me.
/"Really?/" I follow her eyes to see if I can get a glimpse of what she's looking for.
/"Have I ever lied to you?/" giving her a pointed look crossing my arms over my bikini bra. /"Okay that was one time. One time!/" I laugh at her frown. /"Is it possible Elijah is Vlad?/" if he truly is I best stay off his radar.
/"And by the sound of that I believe you had an encounter with him./" she pry on.
/"Nothing much./" Giving a shrug while fixing my bouncy curls back in the ponytail.
/"Just stay away from him okay./" she actually sounds worried which piques my interest.
/"Why?/"
/"I heard he's a very dangerous man. Not even the government mess in his affairs. He's a very low-key man but very very bad./" I know Elijah looks dangerous but does he act it?
/"Is he in the mafia or what? Gang? Circle? Mob?/" I ask.
/"Worst. You know I leave in the streets and in the streets we hear things a lot. Good things, bad things, crazy things. I tell you Vlad is the definition of crazy. He may look poise, hot and sexy but he's none of that. Please promise me you will be safe./" what have I done to myself?
/"It was only a bump into each other nothing more./" she smiles nodding at my affirmation.
/"That being said, I have to go consult with my gods./" fishing a pot out of her skirt. /"Care to join me?/" flashing a wide grin.
/"We are at work Ella./"
/"And?/" snatching a lighter behind the bar she strolls back to me wiggling it on her fingers happily.
/"I feel for you./" throwing her head back a deep laugh came out of her lips which I follow suit.
/"Your headache not mine. And don’t you think I miss the waddle in your penguin walk. Those white peeps may be blind but I'm not. /" she stated firmly.
/"Only one question. Sister to sister./" she draws close. /"Did he give it to you good?/" My face heats up rather embarrassingly. /"Awe she's blushing. Guess he gave it to you good./"
Oh! it was more than good. I smile at my thought.
