She drove me home since dad and Andy were off to meet with some old colleagues.
/"thanks Kate. You're welcome here anytime/" I said removing my seatbelt and opening the door. It had barely been 10 minutes and I was already having people fitting a security system to my doors.
Kate honked before leaving me alone. She didn't need to be here right now, and I knew she needed to go pick up groceries, so I let her do her thing.
I spent most of the day just cleaning my room and kitchen since I hadn't been taking care of things recently maybe I should hire a cleaner too. Okay no scrap that idea now I'm just throwing money around.
Speaking of throwing money around I received a text from James. He was apparently having a mini barbecue at his place.
I called him.
/"you're aware both me and Hannah were in a car accident yesterday/" I said when he asked us both to come over.
