#Chapter83
Nate steps out looking exhausted from work. His suit jack no longer looked sharp, no doubt it had been re-moved and put back on several times. I noticed the mark i had left this morning was showing, even clearer now that he had loosened his tie.
I waited at the door for him.
/"Loretta, going somewhere?/", he asks, removing his suit jacket from his broad shoulders.
/"Nope /" I answer him. I take a step to the side so Nate can finally walk into his apartment. He slowly walks in with his bag in tow.
As I watch him make his way further into his apartment I really start to notice how tired he really is. It takes a while before I even think logically.
/"Here let me/", I say and take the bag from his hands and toss it somewhere on the sofa. Nate watches the movement carefully before turning and walking into the kitchen.
