I can’t blame him for being overprotective to Cam. Kyland knows my rep over women, but there is something inside me that fills me with displeasure. It’s freaking the hell out of me.
/"Good night, Cam,/" that’s all I have to say. For now.
/"See you tonight, man./"
I check my car’s front seat for Cam’s phone. It’s indeed here. I grab her, pressing the power button, but the battery must have been drained. I plug it into my charger and leave it there.
I had dinner with Dad at one of the restaurants owned by King. Just like the usual, Paul Hughes asked about my business. He mentioned if I have a plan on expanding my club. I was thinking about it, but it didn’t come up with a real plan.
It’s already ten in the evening when I get to my office. I know what I’m doing is not right, but the good Lord in heaven blesses me with my plan, and I hope it will work.
