Ria backed away, shaking her head. /"No, he wouldn't do that./" She grumbled. I sighed and ran my fingers threw my hair.
/"I refuse to believe I've found my mate./" I denied.
She shrugged but kept quiet. /"My dad was murdered by rogues, it was obvious I would turn up and instantly, I've found my mate again./" I shrieked. /"It's too much of a coincidence./" I protested.
That is the first time I have said out loud what happened to my dad. I have to admit it feels like a weight has been lifted.
/"When you put it like that, it does sound a little suspicious/" She admitted. I sighed heavily and dragged my hands down my face. /"I don't know what I'm going to do,/" I mumbled against my hands.
She pulled my hands away and held them, /"What you are not going to do is let it get to you. If it is from the potion again, we just have to careful what you take from people./" She declared. I nodded and smiled at her.
