I decided to not talk to Lucas after that. He knew that and let me cool down. I kept sitting outside looking at the view. I need to process everything that he said because it's damn difficult. I still don't trust him and will never trust him.
It's a good thing that he left me alone until dinner time. I can cool down and fix my mood a little. He called me for dinner but I ignored him.
/"Here./" He kneeled in front of me and gave me his phone. My eyes widen to see Nathan's name on the screen. I took it and put it on my ear.
/"Nathan?/"
/"Hey, Crystal./" Nathan answered.
/"How? How do you know Lucas's phone?/" I asked and Lucas left me alone.
/"He was the one who helped me to fake my death. I owed him apparently./" He answered.
/"How's my dad and everyone?/"
/"Still looking for you absolutely./"
