/"How was your day yesterday?/" Lola asked brewing me a cup of coffee and I smiled remembering all the fun we had.
/"Sweet and interesting./"
/"Did Valentine trouble you? I instructed him to play nice./" She said and I chuckled.
/"Now I am not surprised why he actually portrayed a perfect gentleman. Oh, he was ordered to do so./" I whispered feigning irritation and we both burst into giggles.
/"I am so happy for you both, dear. It's been a long time since Valentine sneaked out like that. That also over a date with his wife./"
/"Yeah. I sort of emotionally blackmailed him to take me out. It felt so bloody advantageous to breathe some fresh air out of this mansion./" I said taking a sip and moaned at the sweet taste. /"Where's Valerie by the way? Haven't seen her since morning./"
