#Chapter76
Castle of Baden
King Henry was thrilled.
No matter how many times he blinked his eyes, the scene in front of him stayed the same. The battered bodies of his loyal soldiers decorated the premises of his once humble abode. He gulped, hearing the screeches of armies and slowly concluded the level of damage. A band of intruders has broken inside the Castle at the midnight and he was sleeping peacefully all this time until a soldier barged inside his chambers and shook him awake.
/"We are under attack,/" he had yelled in Henry’s face before dropping on the floor in a puddle of warm blood. As if on autopilot, Henry scooted away from the bed at lightning speed and reached for his sharp sword. His jaw was clenched hard enough to break. The throat was dry and limbs were trembling with fury. Oh, he was going to deal with each one of them for stepping in his territory.
