/"Arnold, my brother, you are back./" He rasped out hoarsely when Arnold stepped inside and falls on one of the jute chairs in fatigue.
/"Yes, Arthur. It is the longest I have gone without sleep and a proper meal. I wasn’t aware of how deep the terror of war was rooted in Chieftain’s heart for him to send all the best warriors for days./" He said while removing his gloves and long boots and discarded them carelessly in the corner. His feet were swollen and his hands were sore from pulling the reins of Diam for long. All he wanted was to sleep for days until the ashen face of an unknown girl crossed his eyes. His shoulders sagged in disappointment when the promise of a witch rang in his ears. He can’t stay in a tribe for longer.
