We hadn't talked too in-depth about anything; she said our first real session would start next Saturday. Yet, still, it had left me feeling shaky, violated, and dare I say even a little relieved?
She had told me that there was nothing wrong with me and the mood swings and impulsive behaviour were manageable. I hadn't realized until then how much I had needed to hear that.
