#Chapter63
/"Here?/" I asked, heart racing. It was quiet and no noise escaped the front half of the shop. I had gotten along really well with Talia today while Deacon was in the doghouse. I didn't want to ruin that by doing the dirty in her shop's kitchen.
/"The storage room door has a lock on the inside, too. We could use that. I was going to suggest the bathroom, but that seemed slightly more hygienic./"
I eyed the freezer door behind Deacon that was now used only for storage. There was only a tiny window. Unless a face was pressed up against the glass, nobody would be able to catch us.
My body pleaded with me to say yes, cursing the logic my brain was trying to introduce. Logic wasn't my strong suit and it didn't take much convincing to overrule that part.
/"I want . . . I want to try, but only if I get to do it to you, too./"
Deacon nodded. /"And you're prepared to adhere and respect my safewords if I agree to that?/"
