‘A kiss, he said.’
I looked at Lewis’ mischievous yet serious eyes and I felt myself melting, until I could not take it any longer and I hurriedly looked away. Inside my chest, my heart beat crazily fast.
‘How could he talk like that...’ I felt my face burning. ‘Lewis is really a man of talent... but I never expected... that one of his talents is flirting...’
The crowd turned silent upon hearing him. However, after a few seconds, they started whistling and teasing us.
/"Oh, wow! He straight on asked for a kiss!/"
/"Girl, you are lucky!/" The humans excitedly shouted.
Lewis, on the other hand, stayed calm and quiet as he patiently held the bouquet of red roses for me. I blinked thrice on the bouquet, until I helplessly sighed and reached out for it with a small smile.
/"Thank you,/" I softly told him.
Lewis was quiet for a few seconds before he said, /"Do you understand why I gave you these flowers?/"
