The moment we entered the room, Halen sent me an aggrieved glare and exaggeratedly pouted.
/"It’s been days that I have been imprisoned here. But you took your sweet time to rescue me,/" he started complaining. /"Or is it that you didn’t want to see me and intentionally let them keep me here for a long time?/" He sent me a hateful glare.
The corners of my eyes twitched as I watched the prince acting like a spoiled and distressed princess waiting for her knight to appear. I felt a shiver down my spine as I imagined Halen wearing a skirt. Thus, with narrowed eyes, I made a slicing motion with my hand. Immediately, the shackles surrounding Halen broke.
/"Finally!/"
Halen exclaimed with exaggeration.
I squinted my eyes at him and said impassively, /"Your highness, I need your assistance./"
