I hand the person my Prom ticket which in turn gets me a lime green wristband.
/"Thank you/" I smile as soon as he finishes placing the paper band on me
I make my way into the large building, walking past a bunch of students that I do not recognize.
Some of them looking at me with curiosity.
It takes me a few moments but I eventually reach the main room where everything is happening.
I look around the crowded room, my chest feeling tight.
Everyone is dancing on each other, whether that being mosh pitting or dances on the more sexual side.
My non dominant hand instinctively reaches for my injured hand in fear as my blue eyes dance over the crowds of people.
/"Haley!/" I hear someone call out my name
I turn in the direction that the voice came from only for my eyes to land on Cincinnati.
I smile at the girl.
/"Hi/" I respond back a little less enthusiastically
