#Chapter128
-Awkward-01
/"This Chicken Parmesan is amazing, Ms. Huntington/" I thank the lady, effectively breaking the awkward silence between the three of us
Just like she promised earlier, she came upstairs and invited me down for dinner when all of the food was cooked.
At first I was confused when she woke me up but it wasn't long before everything hit me in the face like a ton of bricks.
She kept a respectful smile on her face the whole time, but I knew that she had some questions for me.
It is her nature, she is nosey like me.
Possibly even nosier than me.
/"Thank you, dear/" she replies happily before going back to her half eaten Chicken Parmesan
Okay, now it is awkward again.
I stare down at mine, which I have barely touched, only to place my metal fork down on the glass plate.
It's not that the food is terrible because believe me, it's not.
It's because of my decreased appetite.
