/"Have you ever had a crush on your best friend?/"
My heart is literally about to pop out of my chest. This is not how I want to confess my feelings to Lucas.
I clench my jaw in anger and frustration, trying to keep my cool.
Whatever happens, happens.
With hesitation, I close my eyes and finally answer, /"Yes,/" earning a few gasps here and there around the circle.
I open my eyes and look at Lucas to see his reaction. He looks at me, furrowing his eyebrows in confusion. I'm too nervous to look at him any longer so I turn to Corbin with a glint of determination in my eyes.
Corbin stare back at me, arching his eyebrow which screams 'what are you going to do about it?'
He started this.
/"Corbin, truth or dare?/" I ask. Judging by his narrowed eyes and smirk, he must be curious as to what I'm going to do next.
/"Truth./"
That's right. Fall into my trap.
