#Chapter53
Tim eases the Golf into the picnic area, parks and they sit and marvel at the beauty before them, neither of them notices the big cat up on the ledge nor do they hear the low rumble that issues from its throat.
They exit the Golf, moving around to the back. Open the hatch to collect the blanket, wine, food basket, all the things that make life good. They decide to set up their picnic spot near the face of the cliff off to the right of them.
The big cat watches as they approach, the sound of their voices carry through the air, and he gathers his hind legs beneath himself, his body tense, readying for the charge.
