#Chapter60
ANIYAH POV
We sat in Jason's rented car, watching the city's buildings fly past our window.
However, even though I've missed the city life, it will never replace or compare to my home with the pack and Jason.
The sky was dark, rain threatened to fall on this gloomy day that fits all of our moods this morning.
Zeiden and Jason remand silent out of respect for my mother and I's sadness.
Finally, we arrived. Pulling up, the small brick building was surrounding by other guests, wardrobed in black attire to pay their respects.
Jason parked the car and we all exited and joined the other guests swarm into the funeral parlor in a slow fashion.
/"Jess!/" I ran past the slow people and slammed into Jess with a thump.
/"Niyah!/" She wrapped her arms around me as I embraced her with a hug. /"Thank you so much for coming./"
/"I have to be here with you./" I smiled.
