I had been trying to get a hold of him for about a week, but he hadn’t returned any of my calls or texts. I had wanted to find out what happened that caused
I marched in his direction only stopping when I was right behind him. His arms were waving around like he was doing a puppet show that went along with the story that he was telling his friends. When I tapped him on the shoulder, he stopped talking and looked over his shoulder.
/"Jett,/" I said his name in a whisper because the look that was on his face wasn’t one that was normal for him. He usually smiled wide at me. We were best friends and he had always been happy to see me. /"I need to talk to you./"
