Julissa’s leg bounced up and down as she waited at the police station for someone to locate Christavo. No one would tell her anything as far as the case he was working on and honestly she hoped he wouldn’t be in any trouble for her being there. But she couldn’t stay at home anymore, not with her feelings and, definitely, not with the silence. She was as alone in the house as she was on the inside. She didn’t even bother texting nor calling Antonio. He reached out to her a couple of times, but she didn’t even bother to text back.
He made his choice so now it was, for sure, time for her to move on and get her life back together. Regardless, she was having his baby he didn’t have to be in her life now. She wanted him to be, but every ounce of her told her to just let him go—even as friends. He wanted Janet and that was that.
