/"What no sisterly hug?/" She taunted while I tied to bear the pain. Coughing and sputtering, my blood spattered on the floor. I clutched the bangle from my wrist, fingers wrapping around the all too familiar item before I tugged it off me and tossed it in the fire with the last bit of strength I had left before collapsing on my side onto the ground. I looked up at her, and a devilish grin lit up her face. She was loving this.
She shook her head at me, wagging a finger. /"Why would you do that? I was hoping to enjoy myself and spend some quality time with you. But now I have no choice but to make things quick./"
/"What do you mean?/" I choked out, coughing on more of my blood. I tried to turn my head to let the pooling blood drain out of my mouth.
