Anxiety kicked in, adrenaline pumped through my veins. My head was spinning, how could this happen? An hour ago everything was fine and dandy. But now, I'd gotten Tom killed. He was gone, another person dying on me, and this time it was all my fault.
The back door opened, and I slid as far as the seat would allow, my back hitting the door. Tobias got in next to me and Theo jumped into the driver’s seat and tore out of the car garage. The car peeled out as it pulled onto the main drag.
