/"How dare you... Phoebe doesn’t need to get burnt like that? You are a heartless bitch!/" Sydney shouted from the top of my throat. I can still hear Phoebe’s scream and Mason’s cry. It’s cruel. I can’t control Mason or assure him in this state. He’s on the floor crying so hard for losing his sister.
/"This is going to be your situation and everyone’s situation,/" Lilith told Sydney and snapped her hands as the guards and skull men marched after us.
/"This isn’t good. Sydney can’t manage Lilith on her own. I need to help her./" I panicked and stepped forward instead of running away from the guards.
/"No, this is not the right time. If we mingle in the fight, it will destroy our whole plan. Let Sydney find the hall of mirrors. We need to run./" Noah wisely advised. We were all ready to run, but Mason was desperate. He’s not willing to run. We can’t let him stay and run.
