I heard shuffling from behind me and I turned to see Romeo has stood up.
/"I'll go check the place where the shot was fired from. Maybe we can find evidence there./"
Matteo nodded and I fully turned to Romeo.
/"Let me-/"
/"No, it's obvious that you're their target so you stay here with Matteo. I'll be back soon./"
/"But your hand./"
/"It's fine./"
He kissed my forehead and walked out.
After he did, the place because awkward and dead silent.
I looked at Matteo and he was just staring ahead while frowning.
Looks like he's mind linking Romeo.
