I walked into school with Casey as Larissa ran and jumped on Casey, knocking him onto the floor. Casey laid on his stomach as Larissa sat on his butt.
/"Is there a reason you jumped on me like a monkey?/" Casey asked.
/"It’s my way of greeting you,/" Larissa said.
Casey pushed her off and stood up as Larissa followed suit. /"How about a good morning, followed by a handshake?/"
/"Where is the fun in that?/"
/"Where’s your bodyguard?/"
/"Presley isn’t my bodyguard. He’s my cousin, and he went home last night./"
We walked to our lockers.
/"Couldn’t Presley deal with going to school here?/" Casey asked, making me roll my eyes.
/"Oh, Presley could handle it, but I think Uncle Lex was teaching him a lesson. That’s fine by me, then I don’t have to deal with the gross things my cousins do,/" Larissa said, making a face.
