I paced as pops told me to relax. Relax? How the hell do I relax when I had this insane urge to drive over to that tool’s house and beat the living hell out of him again? Patton said Pax already took care of him, but I didn’t care. It was complete bullshit.
As I paced, mumbling to myself as my family watched me, the front door opened. I stopped as we watched grandpa carry in someone wearing a dress, who also had her wrists and ankles bound.
/"It seems like old times,/" Nana announced.
Nixon added, /"Yeah, but she doesn’t kick like a damn mule, unlike you./"
She shot him a glare as he shrugged.
Grandpa set Selena down as he undid her binds and gag. She stood there. Her makeup smudged, her hair a mess, and dress wrecked. She also looked like she cried.
She stood there as everyone looked at her, then started crying.
/"Why are you crying?/" Pops asked her.
