I groaned, rubbing the sleep out of my eyes. If I didn’t have to get up, I wouldn’t. I laid in bed, pondering how to approach Elias about what he had said.
/"Yo, Goober!/" Deacon said.
Ugh, why, Deacon? I don’t have the energy to deal with his shit. I rolled over to my window and opened the screen, sticking my head out.
/"Damn, has Elias seen what you look like when you first wake up? You’re hideous./"
/"And you’re an ass. What do you want?/"
/"I talked to Gia. I think I’m making headway./" Deacon nodded.
/"Please tell me you aren’t trying to make a move on someone who caught their boyfriend, who’s my brother, locking lips with your brother./"
Deacon gave me a sheepish look.
/"You’re an idiot./" I shook my head and pulled it in, then closed the screen. I needed to talk to Gia, but I still had to talk to Elias.
