#Chapter72
Going home and senior year
Elias
We returned home and dragged our stuff into the house. Nate, Deacon, and I dropped our bags in the laundry room since we had dirty clothes. It didn’t amuse Mom. It’s better than dropping our bags in the middle of the living room.
Nate and Deacon took off to see our cousins. Owen showed up to hang out with me.
/"How was the trip?/" Owen asked me.
I sat in my desk chair as he laid on my bed.
/"It was okay. Tori won’t talk to me./"
/"Why?/"
/"I don’t know./" I shrugged.
/"Did you say something mean to her?/"
/"I don’t think so./"
/"I doubt Tori will stay mad at you. She doesn’t seem like the type. Now with Deacon, I can see it./"
/"I’ll talk to Tori later./"
Owen shrugged. I didn’t want Tori to be mad at me. I know something’s bugging her.
