Selling a house with the wrong help

I helped Matt and Nora with the couple interested in buying Nora’s house. It was an older couple who spoke Spanish. Oh, this should be fun.
/"Can you explain everything and not screw it up?/" Matt asked me.
/"Pft, I’ll make sure they leave here well informed./" I smiled.
Matt gave me a look that said I’ll beat your ass if you fuck this up. If the couple didn’t buy the home, I was okay with a beating.
/"Sígueme, y te mostraré el piso de arriba primero (Follow me, and I’ll show you the second floor first),/" I said, waving at the couple to follow me upstairs. We reached the second floor, and I showed them a room. /"Puedes encadenar a la gente a las paredes. Lo llamamos la sala de tortura. (You can chain people to the walls. We call it the torture room.)/"
The people’s eyes widened. We moved to the next room.
