I enrolled in school and didn’t realize how many classes I needed. Grayson laughed. I smacked him. Then Dad laughed.
Since I’m helping Maddie with losing weight, she’s helping me with school. It’s a fair trade, plus we spend time together.
As we exercised, we discussed school subjects. We walked on a treadmill while discussing history. Then Grayson squirted me with water and laughed. I stopped the treadmill and beat his ass. He wasn’t laughing when I got done.
Deacon walked by us and laughed.
/"You need a sense of humor,/" Grayson said.
/"I have one, and call him my brother./" I shrugged.
Grayson rubbed his back and winced. /"Lighten up. How do you expect to make it through medical school without laughing?/"
