It had been a few years, and everything had calmed down. We had to deal with two family matters. My dad passed away, leaving mom on her own. Frazier and Marissa moved closer to the college, so Frazier could take over the bakery full time. Kate couldn’t do it because of her health. She passed away in her sleep. They said she went peacefully. My heart ached when it happened.
Emma and her sisters kept to their word. They donated most of their inheritance to open a place for abuse and people with mental issues. Jordan and JJ headed up the site, moving closer to it, along with their families.
Elijah and Liam took off west with their families going into business together.
Shawn and Mack settled into two towns away with their daughter. We hear from them from time to time.
