The fallout
I walked into the house, carrying Emma’s bag, and she followed me. Only for us met with many confused faces. We set her stuff down, and I said, /"Emma will stay with us now./"
They all looked at me as JJ walked over, grabbed her one bag, and Zane grabbed the other, taking them to my room. I looked at her. /"Follow them. They’ll show you to my room./" She looked at me with some hesitation. /"We’ll figure out the sleeping arrangements in a few,/" I added. She nodded and followed them upstairs.
Liam walked over to me. /"Are you fucking insane, RJ?/"
/"No,/" I answered.
/"Do you think this is an excellent idea, RJ?/" Nik asked.
/"Look, she chose me over her future. She walked away from her future, money, and family because she loves me. So, I will help her keep her future. I already talked to dad, and he agrees with me. She stays here,/" I said to them.
