#Chapter43
Genevieve's POV
Vivian had to use one of her inventions in order to look through the wall of the castle which took longer than I would like to admit.
We eventually came to the conclusion that the entire top floor of the castle was mostly empty, most of the guards surrounding the room downstairs.
Why invite hundreds of people that you don't trust into your castle?
It makes zero sense to me.
I carefully climb into Elaine's empty bedroom, Vivian following after me.
The King decided to stay downstairs with Victoria, choosing to hide out in his office until we come to get him.
We all agreed that was the safest option.
/"Remember to stand behind me when I throw the silent knockout gas, I don't want to accidentally hit you/" she tells me
I nod my head.
Vivian slowly twists the doorknob before easing the door open.
