During the time Yuriy, Anansi, Cavilhaugh and Katya began fighting with almost reckless abandon, Ivy had travelled well of 5km away from them. Her movement was extremely lithe like and left an after image. Along the way she cleaved mutant monster that crossed her path. At first when she was still in sensory range of Yuriy, she only used her scorpion whip for fear of her secret being made known. But once she believed his sensory abilities could no longer track her (Or so she thought), she began to use her occultsaber.
Unlike with the bandit group from days before, Ivy refrained from spreading her seedlings as they wouldn't be able to withstand the caustic aura of both this mutant horde; nor their master, Midgardsormr. Not that she would anyway, as Yuriy was way too close. Slicing her way towards an isolated area of the 3rd floor, Ivy ensured only enemies were nearby. Once confirmed, she allowed her true nature to show forth once more.
"Ugh… Putrid creatures! I dare not even attempt to use your corpses as fertile seedbeds. Just die and let me take you stuff!"
Ivy said in a very Yuriy manner, reaping the lives of all the mutants. Nonetheless, her efforts were not enough to keep the horde at bay. Seeing her current efforts would be useless, Ivy commanded magoi to do her bidding,
"Winds! Strike and flay mine enemies!!"
At Ivy's command, magoi swirled with Ivy as the center. Swift winds cut through the nearest mutants, leaving blood, guts limbs and puss scattered to and fro. As the wind obeyed her call, Ivy continued to command the elements,
"Earth! Smite and devour all blighted filth!"
The ground shook, splitting open like an ancient abyssal devil seeking to devour time and space itself. A suction force pulled the incoming hordes directly into the endless void within the cavern. Ivy then crouched down, slowly removing the love-filled armor and clothes she wore. Upon removing the last article of clothing, Ivy tore open a pocket of space and placed her belongings inside. Still kneeling, her delicate and beautiful figure began to shift into her demonic appearance. Her figure fazed endlessly between her two appearances as though a fight for dominance was underway.
During this transformation, 3 minutes of nonstop death and devouring accompanied by bestial wailing filled the general surroundings. Once the transformation was complete, Ivy formed a magic circle in the palm of her left hand. As the circle took shape, mutant monsters were still being sliced into a gory mess. While other lucky enough to survive were directly devoured by the ground they stood upon. Ivy used her occultsaber like a conductor's baton. Conducting the symphony of the mutant horde's destruction. Occasionally, pillars of fire would bloom from the thin air, thin ice blades filled the air and a hail of droplet shaped lightning pelted the horde.
The sight of This abnormal display of arcane might is a trademark of all high Ruler ranked demons called "Tetra Sorcery". This magic skill was oddly similar to how ancient monsters cast magic. The primary difference is the use of magoi and not baleful energy for spellcasting. Regardless, Ivy displayed a power only a select few exhibit, resulting in a silent wave of death and destruction. Naturally, her assault didn't go unnoticed. The serpent, after getting a whiff of demon magoi immediately commanded one of its lieutenants to deal with the invader. If there were any existences the demonic dragons and their eldest children could not stand, it would be Ohmdorra's demonkind.
…
Going back during the dominion of the demonic dragon, 19,000 sols in the past. Demonic dragons had complete control over most of Ohmdorra's continents with the exceptions of the dragon continent and demon continent. This demonic invader knew they were no match of the celestial dragons on the continent.
Nor did they dare to attack the Aethereal dragons which simply gazed down on the planet. Thus, the last resisting continent left was the demon continent of Hellscape. What makes Hellscape the place of nightmares and death for members of the races is not something demons proactively do, but a side-effect of being near demonic bloodlines like the Demon Kings.
This entities bloodline radiation was so potent and sinister, not even ocean water swells or moves with 20km of the continent's black fog barrier. Instead of ocean water, a massive wasteland wraps the entire continent. This wasteland is protected by the only one descendent of the Demon King and their race.
When the endless hordes of monsters and their progenitors swarmed the continent, not even the smallest of monsters managed to tread 1km within that wasteland. The bloodbath was immersive as endless monsters flooded this wasteland. Thus, filling its deathly barren rocky soil with endless monster blood.
After 1,000 sols, that wasteland became a blood red sea which to this day encircles the continent of Hellscape. The Sea of Morda is named after the lone descendent of the Demon King, Morda the "Blood Impundulu". This Nether Rakshasa much like Ivy had 6 wings, but their wings were black feathered wings with swift sparks of black lightning swiftly coursing around them.
Much like her sister Ivy, Morda reveled in the endless killing. Her bloodlust created a sanguine body of "water" around the continent. From this day on, monsters and the direct descendants of the demonic dragons know to either swiftly kill any Ohmdorran demon, and stay clear of any rakshasa. This would be instinctually felt and taught to each generation of monsters. Yet, there are always those who enjoy dining with death…
…
Presently, Midgardsormr is exactly that one demonic dragon who enjoys "courting death". Instead of focusing on Ivy the rakshasa, it instead sent a pawn to face her. Ivy too noticed her presence was detected by her enemy.
"Oh! Looks like the little snake decided to send it's best to me and not Yuriy. How sweet."
Ivy mused to herself as the a swiftly approaching shadow bolted in her direction, shooting pellets of caustic rain at her. The volley never came close to Ivy as the sharp winds surrounding her swatted the incoming attack. Scoffing at the failure, I spoke out.
"What was the point of that!? You're just as pathetic as you dumb brothers and sisters!"
"She-demon!! Your filthy aura is an offense to my master, the Scourge of the Caustic Wastes. Your flesh, blood and soul shall be offered to my master as they ascend to godhood!"
The mutant spoke out. Unlike the other mutant monsters, this monster was humanoid in appearance with legs similar to a Komodo dragons. There scales were shaped and array like that of heavy plate armor. On their back, a pair of wing-like flippers similar to Midgardsormr, hand-things included. The only similarity they had with their lesser kin was their cobra hood flares and crocodile maw.
"The fact the dumb snake gave itself a title is laughable. The only scourge here is the current master of this dungeon."
Ivy replied no longer deigning to converse with the mutant. The creature too shared this sentiment as they charged forwards, The moment the two clashed, the horde of mutant monsters encircled their duel to prevent interference. Their deathmatch would only end once one of them falls.
