Chapter 73 - Chapter 72 – Prep-work! All Hands on Deck! Part 2

(I truly lucked out with that spell just now). Happy for how things worked out, I lead the group of tribals to my stronghold. Still, I won't waste time focusing on it, as dreadful things will only come my way if I do. As if hearing my inner thoughts, a voice sounded out as like before,

"You have enlightened the races of your designated territory! Although you will gain long-term benefits from their enlightenment, your preparation time had been reduced by 20 days. Current preparation time: 58 days, 20 hours, 35 minutes…"

Speak of the devil and he shall come! I lost 20 days of prep time just from strengthening the locals which was unlike changing the races of monsters which gave me 30 days. Something tells me the trial will only get worse whenever I create a better life for the races save monster races which were changed.

Anyway, I have taken up enough time gathering personnel, it's time I started building in haste. As I led the group of tribal, I used magoi to fell trees, uproot stumps, flatten the land which in turn created a path from the newly created shrine to the center of the forest. The distance was only 5km so it wasn't too far and could be travelled on foot within 30 to 40 minutes. Just as I thought! After about 35 minutes, we reached the clearing I made a few days ago at the foot of the mountain.

Once we arrived, I placed the processed wood down evoking some of the building materials and tools. I created and/or processed these items near brick house, some ways up the mountain. They swiftly, but gently appeared before me and neatly arrayed themselves.

For 40 seconds, tools, clothes, armor, weapons, simple furniture like tables, chairs and beds and building materials rained down and gently landed before the tribals. Clothes gently folded and organized themselves on the empty tables, building materials all neatly gather next to each other, and the simple furniture assembled in single file by furniture type. By far it was not enough for everyone, therefore I had my work cut out for me.

"Before you are clothes, building materials and furniture for your living spaces. Tools, weapons, and armor have also been supplied for your use. I will give you five days to familiarize yourself with this area. Afterwards, gather all of your remaining belongings from your previous homes."

"Do not dismantle your old homes, for they will serve a purpose in the future. Only bring what you absolutely cannot live without and return here. In five days, I will assign each of you a task which will help the area become a new home for you all, breaking away from tribalism and creating a greater community."

"We will follow your guidance, master."

The tribals replied, it seems they finally understand I am no god, but their noble lord. They began to head back in the direction we came from. I on the other hand, continued to evoke the materials and supplies. Thereafter, I created a store house for each category of items.

Once finished with creating 5 separate storehouses, I began to carve a path to the stone quarry and cave network. I also created a path towards the old monster cradle from before. Lastly, I carved a path towards the massive nearby water sources. The path laying process took a day and a half to finish. As a result of my hard work, tons of ready to use lumber was placed in storage.

(I Still have a few days before I meet with the children, so I mustn't waste it. The next time I see the children, I will provide each clan racial traits and characteristic separating them from each other based on the feedback I receive from the master shard inside my chest. For now, I need to finish the groundwork for a suitable stronghold meant to house billions of people.)

With the pathways lade, I turned my attention to the area which will be used for crop cultivation and cattle husbandry. Heading 1km west of the central mountain, I decided on a suitable plot of land to start, I processed the wood and soil along the way, turning the timber into usable lumber. Then filling the soil with elemental magoi to enhance the soil's pH level for a large variety of crops.

Lastly, I carved a somewhat deep stream from the water ring around the mountain. The aim was to create a small lake which will be used as a water source for the farmland. Returning to the mountain, I had a bath and entered the forge for the remainder of the time until my meeting with the children. I continued crafting clothes, weapons, armor, furniture, and other items for both the children and the tribals.

When they first arrived, I hadn't even bothered to provide them with clothing since I was too focused on the ritual spell, and supplies for the tribals. As a result, the children were all running around in their birthday suits for all to see. Of course, they didn't even notice it as they were previously monsters in the nude, but now they are a race of Demon Elves, I cannot allow them to remain as if this is the Garden of Eden.

So, I prioritized clothing, armor, and weapons for the children with building materials and tools taking a backseat. After making billions of different clothes and armor, I then began to create the stuff needed for the tribals and the universal materials for everyone. To be fair, I have been using a for like this for years back at home. I have reached a point; I no longer need to be physically at each workstation to operate said station.

Using magoi, my bloodline radiation, and an arcane art meant for high level calculation and multiple thought progressions, I have created phantom doppelgangers to work the other workstations. Only when I am working with metals like luminian silver or necron platinum do I need to focus solely on them and nothing else; otherwise, I was splitting my focus on six or seven projects at a time, cranking out tens of thousands of items like an automated factory.

If someone were to walk into my forge, they would see me working at the smithy, with tons of other workstations and tools moving by themselves like poltergeists, crafting items at the speed of descending lightning. I needed to make haste for my next meeting with the children. Much work needs to be done, and I have very little time to do it.
