Chapter 132 - Chapter 132 Into The Phoenix Chamber Part 12

Rushing through the forest, participants wanted to rush through the scattered forest, fearing that the poison would harm them. Being the first three groups to enter Scattered Forest, the fifteen men did not slow down at all.

The participants knew that although they were acting as a team, there could only be one Phoenix General, so they wanted to find the entrance to the Phoenix Chamber as soon as possible so that they would have a better chance.

"I believe we've been here before," Participant one said.

"Are you sure?" Participant two asked.

"Yes..." Participant one said.

"How can you be so sure? Everything here looks the same?" asked participant three.

"Don't rush," said participant one. "We are the first group that have walked the furthest. We had a better chance of finding the entrance than anyone else."

Participant four said, " Look over there, it looks like a cave. Could that be the entrance to the Phoenix Chamber?"

Participant one said, "Hmm..." He saw another group of people approaching. He was afraid that they would find the Phoenix Chamber first, so he walked quickly towards the cave. "Let's go take a look. The others are not far behind us."

The group of four men and one woman quickly rushed towards the cave ahead.

"Over there!" shouted one participant. "They are heading to the entrance of the Phoenix Chamber."

The ten men rushed towards after the first group. When the first person of the second group reached the cave entrance, a woman rushed out, but hands came out of the darkness and grabbed the woman back into the dark cave. The woman screamed in pain as she was torn apart.

The first three people looked at the dark cave in horror and slowly backed away. Six dead men rushed out of the darkness and jumped on the three people. Then, one dead man after another rushed out, roaring at the ten participants.

The last man in the group turned and ran when one of the dead men jumped on him. The dead man pinned him to the ground and drove his long nails into his left shoulder. The man screamed in pain, quickly drew his sword, and chopped off the dead man's head. He quickly got up and ran away, leaving his team members behind who were being eaten alive. The man panted as he rushed through the bushes. He turned to see how far away the others were, but saw only a dead man chasing him, so he continued to escape towards the entrance of the forest.

Abrafo rushed through the forest, chased by many dead men, and he noticed that once the dead men stood up, they could run as fast as the living. Abrafo felt his heart beating violently and tried not to outrun the person in front of him.

"Faster, U-ri!" Abrafo shouted from behind. "They are ganging on us." He looked back and saw hundreds of dead men chasing them. "Hurry!"

"I ran as fast as I could," U-ri panted.

"Log. Ahead!" Yul shouted; he jumped over the log.

Abrafo rushed to Uri's left side. Hajime and Abrafo grabbed Uri's arms and the three Tanzanies jumped over the log.

Michio reached into his robe, jumped over the log, and threw a fire talisman at the log. As soon as his feet landed, he quickly chased after Yul and others, but found that the dead men and women were no longer chasing them.

"Help!" Michio heard the fainted cry for help, but he wasn't sure if he heard the voice correctly. "Abrafo!"

"Michio! Hurry! Abrafo shouted.

"Help me!" Michio heard a man's voice again.

Michio stopped because this time he heard more clearly. "Those things aren't chasing us anymore," he said.

Yul, Hajime, Abrafo, and U-ri stopped running and began to regulate their breathing.

Michio turned to look at the others and asked, "Should we go help?"

Yul saw that there were some dead men in front of them and he didn't want to take the risk of rushing the team, and he knew that with Michio's character not helping others would be the regret that Michio would have for the rest of his life, so he said, "Let's go help."

The five Tanzanies rushed towards the unknown voice and found a dead man attacking another man on the ground. They looked to their left and saw a horde of dead men coming towards them. Abrafo rushed forward quickly, grabbed the dead man's hair, pulled the dead man off the man's abdomen, and pushed the dead man to Yul. Yul quickly chopped off the dead man's head.

Abrafo stretched out his hand and said, "Come on..."

Bong shook off Abrafo's hand and said, "I can stand up on my own." He grabbed his sword.

U-ri said, "We can't outrun them on foot."

Hajime reached into his cross bag and grabbed the three carved wolf wooden figures. He threw the three wooden figures on the ground, and the three wolves came to life.

"Quickly!" Hajime said.

U-ri and Michio jumped on one wolf, while Yul and Hajime jumped on the other.

Abrafo jumped onto the third wolf and looked at Bong, who had sheathed his sword and prepared to confront the dead man head-on. "Come on! You can't defeat them all."

Bong shouted, "I don't need your help."

Abrafo said, " You're going to die. You can't fight them all." Bong turned and looked at Abrafo. "Now is not the time to test your pride." Bong still refused to mount the wolf, and Abrafo could see a horde of dead men approaching them. With his friends just a few feet ahead of him, he didn't want to lose sight of his friends, so he turned to Bong. "Get on the wolf's back." He looked at Bong angrily. "Now or die. one... two..."

Bong sees a horde of dead people rushing towards him and knows that if he doesn't go with Abrafo, he will die there. He looked up into the tree and still saw Hai standing on the branch looking down at him. Hai pointed at himself and hoped they would take him with them, but Bong rolled his eyes at Hai. Even though he hated Abrafo, he reached out his hand to Abrafo and jumped onto the wolf. The wolf quickly chased after the others.

Lixin kicked one of the dead to the ground, then rushed forward and decapitated the other dead who rushed towards Gang. He pushed Gang backward to Jin and the others.

Shi shouted, "My lord, this way."

Lixin shouted, "Lead the way!"

Shi quickly rushed to the left with the others. Lixin quickly followed Shi and chopped off a dead men's head.

"Lord Lixin went that way!" Someone shouted.

"Followed Lord Lixin, everyone!" Shouted another.

The remaining participants followed Lixin and Shi and rushed to the left, with many dead men chasing after them.

Just when the group thought they had arrived at the entrance of the Phoenix Chamber, they saw a towering stone wall.

Lixin asked Shi, "Where is the entrance?"

Shi said, " According to the information I collected, the entrance to the Phoenix Chamber should be right here." He handed the map to Lixin.

Lixin took the map and studied it for a while. "The message given to us must be wrong," he said. "We'd better find another way in."

Jin shouted from behind the others. "My Lord! Dead men behind us!"

Lixin looked around and saw only tall trees. "What do your sources say about avoiding dead men?"

Shi said, "Blend in with the surroundings. The dead unable to see into the distance, the best way to avoid it is to stay out of sight and stay quiet."

Lixin said, " Climb those trees and don't make a sound. This is our best chance of survival."

Feng quickly threw the rope to the branch, and Lixin grabbed the other end of the rope. Feng quickly pulled Lixin onto the branch. Lixin put the rope down, Heng grabbed the other end of the rope, and Feng quickly pulled Heng to the branch. After Heng stood up, he quickly pulled Feng onto the branch.

Shi handed Jin the other end of the rope, and he quickly pulled Jin to the second tree's branch. Jin stood on the tree branch, wrapped one end of the rope around his right foot, and pulled Shi up.

When others were trying to climb up the tree, they saw that Lixin and the others had climbed onto the branches leaning against the tree, trying not to be seen, so they quickly followed the actions of Lixin and Lixin's men.

Shik handed one end of the rope to Gang and said, "Your Highness, hurry up." He quickly pulled the rope, and when he looked back, the dead man was already beside them.

When Gang first reached the branch, he saw three of his guards begin to fight with the dead, preventing them from getting to Shik. He quickly pulled Shik up.

Shik took the rope from Gang and threw it down. "Climb up," he shouted.

One of the guards grabbed the rope, but one of the dead jumped forward, knocking the guard to the ground, and then four more of the dead jumped on top of the fallen guard.

Gang slashed the rope with his sword. He grabbed Shik and the two leaned against a tree.

The survivors remained as quiet as possible, listening to the agonized screams of those below being eaten alive.

The wind howled past his face, and Abrafo turned his head and found that the dead men were no longer chasing them. He sighed. "Yul, the dead follow us no more," he shouted.

The wolf that Yul and Hajime were riding slowed down, as did the other two wolves. Yul grabbed the map from his robe and looked at it.

"Does it tell us where to go?" Hajime asked.

Yul shook his head and said, "No... the map only shows that we have reached our destination."

The hawk was circling on the gray tree. When Hajime raised his hand, the black hawk flew down and landed on Hajime's forearm. On the hawk's beak, there is a section of soft green silk-like hair.

U-ri said, " This is part of a peacock feather."

Abrafo said, "I think your hawk found the entrance."

Hajime looked at the black hawk and said, "Lead the way.

The black hawk flew forward, and the three wolves chased the black hawk towards the towering mountain ahead.
