You start with introducing and infusing the Qi in the surroundings in your blood to be able to handle real cultivation, early is when you have the absolute minimum, middle around 40% - 70%, high 75% - 95%, peak 100%
Blood strengthening, early-peak
Follows the same as Qi infusing stage with percentages but the amount of Blood continues Qi circulating.

Orthodox blood cultivation:
Blood metamorphosis 1-10, early-peak
Evolutions of their blood with each adding a capability of storing 10% more Qi. Strengthens the amount of Qi using abilities and soul as a bi-effect.
Bone metamorphosis 1-10, early-peak
Evolves the bone marrow to be able to make more blood, every level makes 10% more blood.
Muscle metamorphosis 1-10, early-peak
Evolves the muscles to be able to be more efficient with "breathing" the blood by 10% per level.
Organ (No heart)metamorphosis 1-10, early - peak
Evolves the organs with a 10% boost with an efficiency of all work per level.
Heart metamorphosis 1-10, early - peak
Evolves the heart's strength and capacity with a percentage which is decided on what "peak" level you broke through in all earlier levels. Because you can break through at level 7 so is your percentage different, so the percentage will be between 7.3521% and 15% per level. We say you had 1 in the beginning 7th level on the four before it would give 8.3521, while a level 10 on the four before it would be 16.
Unorthodox Qi Cultivation:
Unlocking the dantian 1-10, early-peak
You infuse the Qi you cultivate into your dantian and for every 10% unlocked you go break through a minor level and feel the Qi more and more clearly while also being able to control it easier.
Nurturing heart Qi 1-10, early-peak
You use Qi which you have cleansed with your dantian and lay it in your heart and get it to beat in sync with the heart. Makes the Qi 10% stronger and more explosive for every 10% of the heart which is filled with Qi. When you break through it will automatically be generated.
Nurturing body Qi 1-10, early-peak
Cleanse the heart Qi with your dantian and then make it course through your whole body as a cell, for every 10% of cells the Qi can remember you break through a minor level. Makes your Qi 10% more agile and easier to control inside the body. Will be automatically generated after a major breakthrough.
Nurturing soul Qi 1-10, early-peak
Using cleansed heart Qi and uncleansed body Qi and put it in the brain and get it in sync while making it more and more illusionary. For every 10%, you break through a minor level while heightening your senses of Qi and "feelings" of Qi. After the breakthrough, it will automatically be generated.
Making the Qi embryo 1-10, early-peak
Infuse your heart, body and soul Qi into your dantian and "make" a corporeal baby embryo. A 100% corporeal will have been broken through with peak Qi from the levels before while the minimum "peak" level will be less than 1/8th corporeal and the rest will be illusionary.
Unorthodox soul cultivation:
Opening the sea 1-10, early-peak
Infuse your Qi into your upper dantian and for every level, you unlock 10% of your soul sea, you become smarter and have better and better intuition.
Nurturing illusionary Qi 1-10, early-peak
For every level make 10% illusionary and makes it easier for you to understand laws and the Dao.
Heightening the qi 1-10, early-peak
Infuse your illusionary Qi into your nerves, for every 10% faster your Qi is in comparison to your nerves you break through a minor level.
Blending your Qi and heaven 1-10, early-peak
For every 10% of your heightened Qi, you infuse into heaven will make you understand the laws and Dao better.
Making mass in the sea 1-10, early-peak
Use new Qi and compress it into a very small ball of Qi in your sea and use your blended Qi to cleanse it to make it smaller and smaller to infuse more and more Qi into it. 10 times per level, it will have 0.0081% of impurities left if you broke through at the 7th level in the 4 stages before this, while someone who has broken through at the 10th level will have 0% impurities left.
Most orthodox cultivation system:
Dantian blood sea 1-10, early-peak
Use the Qi-strengthened blood to open up the dantian and soul sea by making it go through them, for every level the Blood has metamorphosed it breaks open the dantian and soul sea by 10% and gets all benefits.
Illusionary bone heart Qi 1-10, early-peak
Turn the blood illusionary and make the bones beat and function as a heart and make the heart nurture heart Qi with properties of bones. Every 10% of the blood is illusionary making the bones beat in the rhythm of the heart and making the heart Qi more and more condensed to make it hard as a bone, keeping all benefits.
Muscle heightening body 1-10, early-peak
Evolve the muscles with a memory of all the cells while also using Qi 10% faster than the muscle reactions.
Blended soul heart 1-10, early-peak
Use the illusionary bone heart Qi to make a heart which is blends with heaven, every 10% signifies a level.
Space embryo mass 1-10, early-peak
Enlarge the space and make a mass in the shape of an embryo with new Qi and use blood, illusionary bone heart Qi and thoughts to cleanse it. In all spaces. Dependant on the earlier "peak" level in a more severe/better way. It is between 581.622...% at a minimum and 4095% at max per level.
