The four elements combined were all brought together by the broken bowl. If one claimed it was all coincidence... even the broken bowl itself would not believe it.
Making an assumption, if this is not a coincidence, but is forcibly arranged, then the only one who can do all of this at the moment is the rule.

Ming raised his hands, massaging his temples. If it is arranged by the rules, then what is its purpose? And what does that have to do with Janic? Could it be that he is the rule?
"That's not right..."
Ming took the sketchbook. The information about the flying leech in the sketchbook was almost identical to the one in the mist upon his own examination. If Janic is the rule, then why would he hand over the sketchbook to him?
He drew a deep breath, closed his eyes, and relaxed in the arms of the little bear. How could one person wield such immense power?
