Once again, my mind wandered. It's getting annoying. All I want to do is have peace and quiet in my mind. It shouldn't be hard, but the voice doesn't shut up. It's my thoughts, I should be able to mute it! I think it's best to start a " journal " and get all my thoughts out. A spring cleaning of the mind in a way, maybe with less clutter, I will finally be in silence.
