Davies quickly turned around as he heard a heart shattering scream. His heart nearly jumped out his chest when saw the unbelievable scene in front of him. Just like Vorden, Lith was sprawled on the floor with blood starting to leak out his body. He was screaming in pain as it was too unbearable for him. The whole process of Pro-guda awakening should started all over again, this time with Lith.
Davies stood there with shock filled expression. "Are the gods finally blessing me?!"was all he say. He watched the whole scene unfold till the end. A sudden burst of light sent Lith unconscious. The light was fiery red with a golden tint in the middle. It formed a kite over Lith and did the same thing as Vorden's kites but this time it entered Lith's head unlike Vorden who had two. After the whole process ended,Davies carried Lith to his room. He waited for some minutes where a strange runic symbol formed on Lith's forehead before he left.
He didn't know whether to laugh or cry. His sons broke through the last stage of ki-jitsu then the awakened as Pro-gudas. Even before all that, one of his sons happened to be an unrivaled cultivation talent just like him while other happened to be a prodigy which was only heard in stories. He couldn't express his joy but it was at this moment that he heard a knock on his door. Instead of rushing to find out who that was, he just muttered "come in" like he knew it was. And he was right; he knew who it was. "The lord says congratulations"the man said the moment he entered. He was a tall, lanky man with short grey curly hair and unusual green eyes. He wore a black suit with a golden crest on his left breast pocket. On the crest was a design of a giant buster sword with fiery patterns. That was the symbol of the Brimestones.
"Thank you Astor. Is that why you came here?"Davies asked. "No,not exactly. I came because the lord asked me to provide you and your with everything you will need before and after they leave for school. He wants them to become powerful enough before they come back after the 3 years left. The rest he will take care of" the man referred to as Astor said. "Thanks for his concern but I cannot accept anything from the clan until my banishment period is over. I'm sorry but I will have decline." Davies answered him with a solemn look which made Astor tense up. He knew Davies very well because he was once his friend. That solemn look wasn't one of pity or any related to it but that of anger. Even if he was strong, he knew he was just an annoying fly in front of Davies even if he had one god art. "That's why he asked me to do that. It's not from the clan but me. I hope you understand." Astor quickly said. "And I wouldn't have to worry about anyone targeting my family? Is that what you're saying?!" Davies asked again with killing intent. "Dave chill. It's not like that. Besides no one knows of this except the lord and I." "And you want me to believe you?! After you betrayed me?!" "D…Da…..Davies please listen to me. I had no choice even if it was a conspiracy." "I had a choice right? I had a choice to leave the person I loved because of some stupid rule and a conspiracy set up by some stupid old men who had nothing to do and my own father and best friend believed it. I put the past behind me but accepting your help is like going back to the life of lies I once lived in." Davies said subconsciously releasing his aura. "Please, I beg you. I was at fault for falling for their games. Accept my help as a way of apologizing to you. Even if you accept me as your best friend again, I will be happy that I was able to help you make your sons strong enough to teach those bastards in the clan what you're made of. I'm really sorry...." Astor broke down in tears. He was kneeling as he didn't know what to do. Davies's next action took him by surprise. He felt someone hug him and pat his back. "You'll always be my friend even if you were a little stupid sometime ago but to becoming my best friend would take more than just helping my sons." Davies said. With tear filled eyes, Astor smiled and said,"I promise to stand by your side even if means going against the clan. I will fall for their games twice. Thank you for accepting my apology." "C'mon lets have a toast."

A body drifted towards a pair of giant golden doors. From a closer look, the body appeared to be transparent. The body or more exactly , spirit belonged to Vorden. Vorden in his spirit form moved closer and closer to the giant doors. The doors opened of their own accord when he got close enough. His body drifted through the doors and appeared in a whole new world. The world was vast but apparently a bit empty. The only things in the world were two kite shaped crystals in black and white colors respectively. One released an ominous aura while the other released a soothing feeling. That was the spirit realm of every guda. The absence of color and anything in the world was because he was now starting as a guda. His spirit body moved in between the two kite shaped crystals where he could see the vast power in them but some barriers seemed to be preventing them from exhibiting their power. That was the levels of every guda. The barriers marked the difference in powers of gudas. Breaking through them wasn't simple. To break through the first barrier which will move a guda from Low Level to Upper Level, one had to gain three skills in the god art he or she had. A gaining three skills wasn't as easy as it seemed.
Vorden remembered what he was thought by his father and his teachers in pre-school and set off to work. In his case,he had to work on two artims:that is the name of the kite shaped crystals. He used his hands to draw circular formations similar to the ones he used for cultivating on the artims. Two small holes formed on the artims and drifted into his spirit body. They formed two kites in his mind;one black and the other white. Those were the skills he had gained from awakening the Shadow and Transfiguration arts respectively. When thought everything was over, countless holes started forming on the artims. Two smaller artims encased in colorful aura with respect to their artim color pushed out of the holes like jigsaw puzzles and formed two giant artims behind Vorden's spirit body. Unlike the artims, these brimmed with unlimited power and their colors appeared to be more refined. One was a darker shade of black while the other was snow white. Vorden instantly recognized them as innates. They were on a different level as they granted a guda immense power and more control over the god art they were affiliated with. Not all gudas could gain innates so Vorden gaining one or more precisely, two was a plus for him.
The Shadow Innate was surrounded by small vortex like orbs which were connected to tentacles which came out small holes in the crystal. The Transfiguration Innate on the other hand, was surrounded by miniature angels with an eight winged angel in their midst. She had a golden crown and her white hair flowed like a river around the innate. "Cho…goddess Chorine. The only winged god!" Vorden exclaimed. "I think this innate helps me to summon angels. I will have to check it out when I wake up. And this guy here seems to be an archive but there is more than just archiving,I think. I'll have check it out when I wake up.
...….
In Lith's spirit realm, almost the same thing was happening. As usual his artim was one and red in color. He performed the same thing Vorden did. After gaining his first skill, just like Vorden's, an innate formed behind him. Lith's god art was the Fire art and his innate had an unusual color. His innate appeared to be golden with countless stars floating round it,like a galaxy. In the middle of the galaxy was the head of the innate and huge six sides star. It appeared imposing to the extent that Lith felt the edge to kowtow to it. The brilliance of the star fueled Lith with more power. "This is too amazing. I think I will call it Starlight Brilliance aka Rich Inferno."

Outside, a week had passed since the awakening and Gamora was coming back home. The Awakening Ceremony was also the following week and after that, all awakened had a month to prepare before going to the school for gudas,Alpa.
