Ryu and Itachi appeared at the Root Base together.
Ryu said "If you see a guy who can use wood style, bring him to me. As well as a kid who can use the Super Beast Imitating Drawing." Itachi nodded and these disappeared.
Ryu crushed Root Ninjas one after the other before finding Sai. He smiled and said "Hey, kid. Stay with me or die, okay?" Sai trembled at the carnage behind Ryu and nodded, following Ryu.
Ryu punched through a wall and found Danzo trying to escape. Ryu laughed "Can you escape, Danzo?"
Danzo stopped and turned around, cursing "I should've gotten rid of you a long time ago!" Ryu sighed helplessly, spreading his hands as he replied "Hey! You really should've!" as he disappeared.
Danzo let out an inhuman screech as he collapsed to the ground, missing his covered arm.
Sai had his eyes widened as he watched, unable to understand.
Ryu turned to him and stepped on Danzo's head so that he couldn't use Shisui's Sharingan, saying "Kid, look over here." Sai looked at him and Ryu revealed the pure white arm with dozens of Sharingans implanted.
Ryu explained "He killed the entire Uchiha clan for this, can you imagine it?" Sai was stunned and asked "Is… Is that true?!" Ryu sighed and replied "Can't you see the proof? Don't be delusional, kid. The so-called good of the village doesn't exist in this shitty place. How can you survive in the darkness but work for the light?"
Ryu chuckled and pressed Danzo's face into the ground, slapping a windblade to smithereens as he said "Still struggling? You can't even use Izanagi anymore. What are you struggling for? Shisui's eye?"
Danzo froze and shouted "Who are you?!" Ryu rolled his eyes and leaned over, whispering "The man who killed you." as he pierced through Danzo's head from behind taking Shisui's eyeball out of the mess of brain matter.
Ryu showed Sai the eyeball saying "He killed a kind little boy for this eye. Might've been around your age." Sai froze and Ryu smiled "Time to work… Where's the rest…" he looked around before kicking through a wall and arriving into another room.
There were scrolls and jars everywhere.
Ryu unfurled a scroll and sucked everything inside, humming to himself.
A few minutes later
Itachi ran over, covered in blood as he said "It's done for me."
Ryu looked over and smiled at him, saying "Everyone's done? Did you make sure?" Itachi nodded and pointed behind him with his thumb "Except this guy."
Yamato stood there all bloodied and confused.
Ryu walked over with Sai and waved at Yamato, saying "Hello! Danzo and the rest of the Root members have decided to repaint the walls red, so I'm here to take you away." Yamato trembled and shouted "You're betraying the village like this!"
Ryu rolled his eyes and said "You clearly don't know where you came from~ Yamato-san. You're actually the only surviving experiment from Danzo's Wood Style creation experiment where he kidnapped babies of the village who had the Senju bloodline and experimented on them with Hashirama Senju's cells."
Ryu shook his head, smiling "My name is Uchiha Ryu, nice to meet you." before handing Itachi a jar with a single eyeball in it, saying "You should have this."
Itachi looked at the eyeball and teared up, closing his eyes as he nodded.
Ryu patted his shoulder with a miserable smile, "Sorry." Itachi knew what he was talking about and he said "I can only end like this. Sasuke has to kill me for his growth, there's no other option now…"
Ryu said "Actually there is! I have a-" Itachi cut him off and said "I don't want to hear it." before walking away. Ryu called out to his back, saying "You're dying, right?" Itachi froze and Ryu added, "It's probably getting closer and closer?"
Itachi said coldly "Don't talk about things you don't know about!"
Ryu sighed and said "He won't disappoint you." Itachi closed his eyes and disappeared along with his voice that echoed "He better not…"
Ryu sighed and put his hands on his hips, complaining "What a party pooper, right guys?" Yamato and Sai were slack jawed, staring at Ryu amidst a pile of blood and guts…
He was even pouting like a woman…
They felt a new emotion, complete and utter bafflement…
Ryu didn't care too much and smiled at them saying "Alright come on, time for the roots to nourish the leaves." as he left the Root base with Yamato and Sai following along.
Outside, Ryu turned around and sealed as he said "Stand back you two… Might get a little hot." he stepped to the entrance and took a deep breath before breathing out a massive amount of flames directly into the entrance!
The flames rushed into the underground building, filling in all the space and creating so much smoke that even if someone was still alive they would suffocate and die before being turned to ashes!
Which was what happened…
Danzo suddenly recovered and felt the Sharingan on his back, muttering "Damn! How did he know! It must be Hiruzen! You'll regret it!"
Suddenly, he looked around before black smoke filled his lungs!
He fell to the ground and got up as another Sharingan on his ankle was blinded.
And again as the Sharingan on his left buttcheek was blinded.
Until the fire blew by and turned his entire body to ashes along with the Sharingan that Ryu missed.
Ryu looked at the billowing black smoke that came out of the entrance and blew another one for good measure before punching the ground and making the entire building collapse in on itself.
He dusted his hands and smiled at Yamato and Sai saying "Let's go." Sai and Yamato were sweating like dogs from the heat and nodded quickly as the trio disappeared into the air.
Ryu sneered, "You two learned the 6 powers?" Yamato and Sai nodded silently and Ryu snorted, "Figures, if that trash Hiruzen can steal my techniques, naturally Danzo can have them as well…"
Yamato and Sai nearly fell out of the sky, these were created by this guy?!
They were always told that it was Danzo that created them!
Although he said that Hiruzen lied that he actually created them.
Turns out, they were both lying!
Which if they thought about it, sort of made sense… Danzo wasn't proficient in any of the 6 Powers at all!
How can you create something you're not good at… It doesn't even make sense really… Especially when there are people who are better than you at it! Although people can make it better, the technique never changed! So then how can there be people who surpass Danzo in the 6 Powers that he 'created'.
Obviously this was absolute nonsense.
Danzo couldn't even perform Kami-E, can he create the 6 Powers?
Ah! Maybe in his dreams…
Ryu and the Root Duo returned from the Root Base and saw a small portion of Konoha in ruins with bodies all over the place.
They came to the Chunin area and Ryu stood on a collapsed wall, looking at the barrier as he frowned "What the hell is taking so long!?"
He was instantly surrounded by Jonin and Kurenai said angrily "What did you do?!" Ryu blinked in confusion, asking "Hm? What do you mean? I did nothing."
Kurenai pointed at him shouting "Exactly!"
Ryu sneered at her suddenly, saying "Do I have to do anything? I also don't have to listen to you, right?"
Kakashi didn't say anything but Guy asked "Why didn't you save Hokage-sama?" Ryu looked at everyone and asked "You all want to ask this question too?" They were all silently looking at him and Ryu sighed, shrugging his shoulders as he said "Then it can't be helped."
He pulled out a scroll and smiled as he swiped his fingers across it.
Books exploded from the scroll and shot into the sky.
Ryu whistled to the sky and said "Now."
A murder of crows flew by and grabbed all the books, flying around Konoha, dropping books in every single corner to every civilian and ninja, even children weren't forgotten.
Kakashi picked up a book saying "The crimes of Hiruzen Sarutobi?" He opened the book and his eyes widened as he read, flipping the pages faster and faster before dropping the book in shock, his body completely frozen and numb.
He suddenly felt an intense disgust spread to every corner of his body.
Kurenai picked up the book and started reading, her eyes gradually widening in shock and horror.
