As it started to get dark they quickly made their way to a nearby town.
Alastor put his head out of the carriage. "Let's stay here, see if there's a barn nearby."
They had headed to the nearby barn that was abandoned on a hill, and they decided to set up camp there.
"Alastor where are we going to sleep." She looked up at him.
"we are going to sleep on the hay in the barn but don't worry I have a blanket so i'll just put it over. Besides it will be comfortable for you, and Lowell."
"Oh ok, and thank you for thinking about Lowell too. Honestly it means a lot to me."
Alastor scooped her up and smiled, "well I'm glad and besides why wouldn't I care."
Before she could even answer he sat her down on a hay bale and left outside.
She saw a hole on the wall behind her and looked outside. It was pitch black not a single thing could be seen. She sat there with a lantern next to her wondering where Lowell was.
After waiting a few minutes Alastor came back with a bowl of soup in his right hand and had lowell sitting on his shoulders and eating a bowl of soup that was set on Alastor's head. She couldn't help but let out a smile.
"Theadosia, we're back!" Lowell calmly yelled while still having soup in his mouth.
Alastor walked in and set Lowell down. "Here's your soup you better eat up, you most likely won't eat for at least two days depending though."
She grabbed the soup from his big muscular hand, "Okay, and thank you."
He stroked her long brown wavy hair and smiled. He put the cotton blanket on a huge pile of hay. "You two can sleep on here"
"But Alastor where will you sleep?"
He scratched his head, "Well I was just gonna use the hay bale your sitting on as a pillow and just sleep there."
"Oh I just thought you-."
"Unless I suppose, you want me to sleep next to you." He had smirked.
She blushed. "Uh w-w well I j-just asked I-I-."
"Don't struggle yourself, eat your soup now."
"Where's your soup don't you need to eat, you need energy don't you Alastor?" She looked at him wondering if he was annoyed of her asking so many questions.
He sat on the ground next to her, and put his head on her shoulder. "There wasn't enough so I only got enough for you two." He sighed sadly.
She grabbed a spoon full of soup and put it in his mouth. "Well um, we can share. Besides I don't think I can finish this big bowl of soup on my own."
"Alastor, Theadosia, I finished eating. I'm going to go asleep now. Goodnight, and don't bother me." Right after Lowell said that he yawned and fell straight asleep.
Alastor got up, took off his armor, and piled up next to her. He went back and sat next to her with his head on her shoulder again.
"Alastor, Ca.
do you still want to share?" She gave him puppy dog eyes.
Alastor gave her a smile. "Sure why not." He had picked up a whole spoon full, "Open your mouth."
She had opened her mouth to say something but he had already put the spoon in her mouth. "Do you like it?" Alastor said
For her the soup tasted like beef, it was a beef stew. As she ate it, it had felt as if though the flavor was melting on her tongue. "It's so good, I like it very much."
"I'm glad you like it, let me give you some more."
She felt so weird, Alastor was treating her like a child, she just wasn't used to it father never did that to her no one had ever. Father said it was my fault that mother died, that maybe if I wasn't born maybe she would have lived.
She realized he'd been feeding and that she had already ate half the bowl. She felt as if her stomach was gonna burst. She Leaned her head on top of Alastor's shoulder. "Alastor i'm full I can't eat anymore."
"Come on you only half, you need to eat more."
"Alastor can we go to sleep i'm starting to feel tired." She felt like he was going to get mad at her whining.
"Not yet, I fed you now it's your turn, feed me." He gave her the spoon and lifted his head.
"Okay." She lifted her head and saw Alastor sitting in front of her on his knees.
She grabbed spoonfuls and fed it to Alastor. He looked up at her and put her on his lap and pulled her in and whispered, "I just can't help myself, your driving me crazy right now. I feel like i'm going to die." He kissed her.
"Alastor no, there's people here-."
He laughed, "Let's just go to sleep."
They laid down and Alastor pulled her close embracing her like a teddy bear. His warm body kept her from getting cold and hearing his heartbeat sounded so southing and made her go fast asleep.

She woke up and opened her eyes to see Alastor asleep. He looked like a little child when he was asleep. She stroked his wavey black hair out of his eyes.
He twitched and rubbed his face annoyingly.
She let out a little giggle.
"What are you giggling at?" He looked as if he was up the entire time.
"Um nothing but we're you up the entire time?" She looked directly at him scanning his face.
"Well, I guess you can say that. It looks like we're the only two up. Though it looks Early, so you should go back to sleep."
"I don't feel tired can we just stay up till everyone gets up, please."
"Sure we can wait, till everyone wakes." He grinned and kissed her forehead.
She got embarrassed wondering if anyone was awake and saw. She covered her face with her small hands.
"You know it's easy to tell if your red because of that pale skin of your's." He let out a soft chuckle.
As he chuckled she stroked his ebony hair. To her, his hair was soft as a pillow.
"You must really like my hair Theadosia."
"Yeah, I-I guess so, It just feels really soft like a pillow." She gave him a soft smile.
"Well I at least bathe with soap that make my hair soft."
She started wondering why a man like him would ever love her. She was just to skinny, frail, and pale. On the other hand Alastor was a strong muscular man, if someone was to compare them side by side they would easily be able to see that he was about twice her hight.
She then accidentally blurted, "I wonder what Alastor thinks of me." She looked at him and realized she said it out loud. She got flustered, "P-please d-don't answer th-that. I would a-appreciate it if you d-don't." She escaped from his grasp an sat up. She felt a cold breeze go across her body, and shivered.
Alastor forgetting what she said got up "Your cold aren't you, i'll get you something." He got up and made his way outside. All she did was put her knees chin hight and hugged her legs tightly.
Alastor came back with a pretty, golden colored coat, it looked as if it we're soft and warm.
"Here I got you a coat I hope you like it." He handed it to her hoping that she would like it.
As Alastor helped her put it on, she felt the warmness of the coat. It had felt as if a cloud was wrapped around her. "Alastor." She softly said, "I love the coat, it's very beautiful and warm."
They sat back down and Alastor happily smiled, "Your welcome, I just didn't know if it we're you're taste." He sat next to her and put his long muscular arm around her waist.
Lowell woke up and crawled to Theadosia. He sat on her lap and looked at both Theadosia and Alastor. "Mother, father." He softly said. He rubbed his eyes and hugged Theadosia.
"L-Lowell did you just say mother and father?" Theadosia was shocked
He looked up at Theadosia, He looked as if he we're half asleep. "What's wrong with that mother?" He wrapped his small arms around Theadosia's and Alastor's neck and hugged them. "I love you mother and father" He sat on Alastor's lap and fell back asleep.
Theadosia looked at Alastor, he sat there with a shocked expression on his face. He then moved his leg so Lowell could be comfortable, but Lowell ended up waking up. "Alastor why am I on your lap."
Theadosia had opened her mouth to say something but Alastor was already explaining what happened.
"Oh so I called you guys mother and father."
"Alastor you know he's not my actual brother, I had found him on the streets and it costs a lot to adopt and I don't meet the requirement, so I just said he was my brother." Theadosia sighed.
"Well how about you officially adopt him I can pay."
"Yeah but do you know what is required?" Alastor was about to talk when she blurted, "You have to be a married woman they told me, so I couldn't adopt him."
Alastor smiled, "Don't worry we'll adopt him, together, Once we reach my land."
"Your land?" Theadosia tilted her head.
"Yes my land, Levirdis. I'm the Lord of Levirdis.
She sat there in shock. "S-so your the Lord of Levirdis, i've heard so many things about you and read stories, like of how you've been looking for a girl you saw when you we're small and how you have been searching for years and years!"
"Yes and I finally found that girl, you." He smiled.
She stared at him. "Wait I've been the girl your searching for. T-thats not right, why me out of all the other women out there."
"Well has saw you in a castle out in the garden of it, I had heard you crying, I really wanted to help but I didn't have the courage to walk up you, I really wanted to comfort you. I would walk by that castle everyday and I would always see you have a this one brown, White, and black cat on you lap. Honestly the cat was cute but not as cute as you. I would also see you pick leaves from the trees and put them in a little brown cloth bag. Everytime I wouldn't see you outside I wouldn't get worried that something had happened to you.The the thing was a year later I had to move away, I lived in the woods nearby the castle, but I had pledged that I would find you and love you more than anyone did."
"Wait really, or-"
He kissed her, "Yes it's been you i'm looking for Theadosia, to be honest i've been tracking you down ever since I heard you weren't in that castle anymore. I had eventually lost where you were till I heard you were in an inn at a small town called Calseil, so I went to find you and I said that I wanted Lowell but I had meant to say your name."
"Alastor you made me scared, Hmn." Lowell crossed his arms.
