Chereads / Weakest Prince / Chapter 30 - 30

Chapter 30 - 30

Queen Olivia looked at Mathias through the Magic Mirror thoughtfully.

She was deep in thought, trying to understand why he would reveal his strength now.

'Does he think he can resist the other Princes and me?' she thought to herself, sneering as she waved her hand and turned the Magic Mirror into an ordinary mirror.

Meanwhile, the King sat on the majestic throne, resting his body on the cushioned armrests and tapping his fingers.

He had learned about what had happened on the training grounds and was surprised, though not alarmed, to hear that Mathias had easily defeated Ren.

'Could it be that my judgement of my son Mathias was wrong?' he thought to himself, remembering Margarita, Mathias's mother, who came from the noble family of the opposing kingdom, Felonia.

She had only been a concubine, but the King had genuinely liked her at the time.

A nostalgic look briefly crossed the King's face before it hardened and turned cold.

'That's in the past now,' he thought. 'I love the Queen now and favor her child over the other concubines' children. Even the first Prince, my first child from the first concubine, has never received my attention or favor.'

Prince Ren was having a nightmare in his bed, dreaming of a trash prince humiliating him in front of everyone, including his fiancee, who left him in the dream.

He woke up in a panic, feeling his butt hurt and groaning in pain as memories of the training grounds slowly came back to him.

'Damn it! I'm defeated by a prince! I can't accept this!' he thought, his butt cheeks twitching and sweating from the pain.

'I'll remember this... Mathias... Hehe...' he laughed maniacally, with murder in his eyes.

Meanwhile, Mathias returned from the training grounds and used his Shadow Walk to enter the servants' floor and Isabella's room.

He saw her lying weakly on her humble bed and shook his head, patting her head.

She snuggled and opened her eyes, surprised to see the Prince there.

"Prince? Why are you here?" she asked, confused but feeling a sweet sensation in her heart.

"Are you hungry?" Mathias smiled and asked.

"No..." She just denied when her stomach growled.

Mathias smiling as he saw her stomach growl despite her denial.

...

In Prince Lance's room, he was informed of the events that had taken place and was curious about how Mathias had managed to win in such an unlikely victory, especially since he was not considered a strong fighter.

Some of the servants whispered about it, speculating that Mathias had been possessed by a demon.

The news had not yet spread, as it had been blocked and concealed by the queen and some of the king's advisors, as it would have caused a scandal if a prince with a good reputation had been defeated by a prince with a bad reputation in a fight and the most shameful thing is...

To be stabbed by the wooden sword handle in inappropriate area.

...

In her luxurious and exquisite room, the fourth concubine, Ana Maz Helios, worriedly looked at her son, who was unable to walk properly.

"This is unacceptable! How could you lose to such trash!" Ana shouted at her son, angry and worried about the defeat.

"Mother, I feel that Mathias used an evil curse while fighting with me! How else could I lose and lose my rational thinking, when I am the most rational among the princes!" Prince Ren accused Mathias with venom.

"There must be some evil in that prince, or how else could he have defeated the Sixth Prince!" Knight Newman added to Prince Ren's accusations.

Ana nodded and grunted in anger. "Is that so? I'll convince the king to get rid of this disgrace of a prince!"

"Yes! We should!" Prince Ren excitedly agreed, nodding vigorously.

Ana nodded and led them to the king's hall.

Upon reaching the vast and luxurious place, they both kneeled and stated their purpose to the king.

...

Mathias felt lonely in his room after eating with Isabella, as he no longer had a butler to serve him.

Since no chef was willing to serve a prince like him, he cooked for himself and Elena, using dishes from his past life.

Isabella enjoyed the meal very much, and after a pleasant conversation, they parted ways.

As evening approached and Mathias had no butler to inform him that it was time for dinner, he felt nostalgiciac even though Butler Edward had only left a few hours before.

However, Mathias knew that he would likely be picked on in the Royal Dining Room due to the events on the training grounds, so he decided to skip dinner and focus on getting stronger.
